I have tried to bring a fresh approach to the taxi industry. For so long the taxi trade had a reputation of overweight, discourteous drivers driving a scruffy smoke filled cab filled with tacky artefacts.

The control offices again had an image of being smoke filled with drivers lounging about in dilapidated chairs waiting for a job that they may or may not be on time for.

This was the image that had to be changed in order to put mart Cabs head and shoulders above our competitors.

In the three years that I have run mart Cabs with attention to detail in our service the business has increased four fold and have swallowed up two of our main competitors, hence the 3 different telephone numbers you see for mart Cabs. These two company's were Millgate Taxis and Spotty Dog Cab Company, leaving us the largest taxi and private hire company in Spalding.
